Book An Appointment

Thank you for choosing to book with iThrive West Leederville Chiropractic and Occupational Therapy. Whether it be Chiropractic, Occupational Therapy for Children or Remedial Massage our online booking system is available for your convenience. Select the service you wish to book and choose your appointment type. From this point you may be able to select a particular practitioner. Each practitioner has varying availability depending on their capacity. If you do not have preference just select “Any practitioner” and you will see more choice of appointment times. Sometimes we have availability that is not showing online, so if you can’t find an appropriate time, you’re more than welcome to get in touch on 93812614 to discuss a more suitable one.

 

If you haven’t been to our clinic before, please book an “Initial” consult option. This is so we know to have new patient intake forms ready for you. For Chiropractic you will receive online forms to complete prior to arriving. Occupational Therapy for Children and Remedial Massage intake forms are completed in the clinic. In this case please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes before to complete the intake forms prior to your appointment start time. This helps us run on time. Initial consults are also slightly longer as the practitioner will need time to conduct a thorough assessment before giving treatment.

 

Once you have made your appointment online you will receive a booking confirmation email to the address that you entered. If you don’t receive an email, please contact the clinic as it may mean the booking wasn’t completed. Please check your junk mail prior to calling the clinic as the emails are occasionally stored there.

If you have booked an Initial Assessment for Occupational therapy for children, you should receive a call from the therapist to discuss your child’s case. This is so they can prepare a suitable assessment process for your child.
