How to Book

Booking into a class at iThrive is simple when you understand the process! Due to our little studio only accomodating 11 students at a time, classes can fill up quite fast and often booking out within a few hours or at least by the midday the following day. So here's how to get in to your favourite classes:

New Students

Please call us to book your first class. We will book you in before the online bookings are opened to help get you started. From there you will need to manage you're own bookings online.

Voucher Clients

If you have purchased a voucher you will need to call us before booking into any classes online. Please have your 'Security Code' at hand before you call us to save time.

***Classes are Released 7 Days Prior at 7:30pm***

Each class is released 7 days in advance at 7:30pm. For example, every Monday at 7:30pm we will release next Monday's classes for online booking. On Tuesday at 7:30pm we will release next Tuesday's class for online booking and so forth for each day of the week.

Set an Alarm!

If you're the savvy type you should set a weekly alarm in your phone for 7:30pm on the nights you want to attend for the following week ie if you want to attend one of next Wednesday's class you should have your alarm remind you at 7:30pm the Wednesday before and quickly jump online and book in before you forget!

Missed Out? - Go on the Waitlist!

Quite often being on the waitlist is as good as having a spot in the class. We generally get about 1-2 cancellations for each class which we don't enjoy however it gives you a chance to come in from the waitlist! Please email us at info@ithrivegrouop.com.au to request to be wailtisted.

Why does it say this?

This can be for a few of reasons:

1) The class is full and you just missed out :(

2) The class isn't available because you're trying to book earlier than the booking window!

3) Its the end of the month so you need to click over to the next month to find the class.

Still Struggling?

Its saddens us to hear when clients are experiencing difficulty booking into the classes they want to attend. If you have read the above and are still having problems please call us so we can help you book in to classes. 

Cancellations - Important Info

Due to limited spots we need appropriate and fair notice if you won't be able to attend. This way we can bring someone from the waitlist in just as you would want to be. Also please consider the financial value of each spot to the studio. Late notice regardless of the circumstance carries an $8 fee which is payable at your next class. 'No-show' carries a $16 fee or removal of a class from your membership.
