Our yoga classes are run by experienced and friendly instructors who are passionate about their practice. Our yoga space only fits a maximum of 11 students making classes fun and personal. It also allows our instructors to assist you and develop your technique and ability in the way it should be. Our classes cater to people of all Yoga abilities from Beginners to Advanced. Our kids yoga instructors are fully certified in teaching kids yoga.
Mat Pilates Perth focuses on strengthening the muscles of the core to facilitate the relief and prevention of many spinal related pain disorders. It is also an excellent form of exercise. Pilates focuses on strengthening important abdominal musculature, intersegmental stabilizers of the spine, pelvic floor muscles and gluteals. Mat pilates also incorporates functional stretching in addition to its strengthening components. We offer both private and group classes by qualified pilates instructors.
